Uniform

The Uniform Shop is maintained and conducted by the Glenorie P&C association. The store is run completely by dedicated volunteers with the intention to offer families within the school affordable uniforms.

When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community. Wearing full school uniform at Glenorie Public School is strongly encouraged and expected.

The school uniform has been adapted over the years to suit our school’s tone, to support pride in the school, and assist in maintaining good conduct and reducing undesirable distinctions between children.

The wearing of a school uniform provides greater security for children travelling to and from school and is a great aid in the supervision of children on school excursions or other outings.

All uniform pieces have been selected for comfort, warmth, style, durability, wash-ability and sun protection.

It is strongly encouraged all items of clothing, hats and bags be labelled with your child’s name to assist in returning lost items to the correct child.

Opening times

The store is open for service 2 mornings per week.

Monday from 9am to 9:45am

Friday from 9am to 9:45am

Ordering

The preferred method of placing your uniform order is online through Flexischools, available on the school app. This allows for secure online payments and means your child’s clothes can be delivered direct to their classroom.

The Uniform Shop also accepts payments via cash and has EFTPOS facilities in the store.

Please note that no credit card payments can be taken over the phone.

Uniform fitting appointments are available by emailing glenorieuniformshop@gmail.com to arrange a suitable time and date.

Returns policy: Any item of clothing returned un-worn and with tags intact can be exchanged or refunded with no questions asked. Online orders can be returned to the office or uniform shop for exchange. Any faulty items need to be returned to the uniform shop and, condition depending, will be exchanged.

Clothing Pool

Glenorie community is proud to support each other by offering a second-hand clothing pool.

The school community is encouraged to donate clean and quality items regularly. These are then made available from $5 per item or three items for $10.
